It's always better to eat Chinese food fresh from the kitchen in the restaurant rather than having it delivered. The food here is lovely - I particularly like the prawn toast and the beef in black bean sauce. It's always quite quiet in there, no real ambiance, but it does mean that you can always get a table!

Golden City has been my local chinese restaurant for a very long time now. However, I am not biased and have tried other places but they fail to meet my expectations unlike Golden City. They have recently refurbished its layout, staff are welcoming and the food is affordable and plentiful. Delivery is very speedy and the food itself tastes great. I would definitely reccommend this place and have done so to many of my friends.
